Return & Refund Policy

Complaint window: 24 hours after delivery for most categories

1. Printing (Custom Prints / POD Items)

Returns are not allowed for customized/printed products. Allowed only for misprint, damage, or wrong item. Complaint within window: 24 hours after delivery. After 24 hours complaint will not be considered. Replacement or refund after verification.

2. Gifting (Personalized Gifts)

No returns for personalized gifts — only replacement. Allowed only if damaged/defective or wrong item. Complaint within window: 24 hours after delivery. Replacement in 15–30 days.

3. Apparel

Exchange allowed within 10–15 days. Must be unused, with tags and packaging. Not allowed — return or refund for innerwear, sale items, or customized/printed apparel.

4. Electronics

Only defective/damaged items — complaint within window: 24 hours after delivery. Replacement only. Warranty handled by manufacturer.

5. General Merchandise

Complaint within window: 24 hours after delivery. Return not allowed — only replace within 7–20 days or as per availability, if unused with packaging and proof. Not allowed for perishable, hygiene, digital, or customized/printed products.

General Return Rules

Only replacement accepted if unused, with invoice, within time window. Not accepted if used, damaged, missing packaging, discounted, or customized. Complaint within window: 24 hours after delivery. Refund not allowed — but if material is unavailable, refund may apply.

Refund Process

Refund to original payment method within 15–45 business days. Shipping, delivery and operational charges are non-refundable. If any additional charge is required for replacement or refund, it must be paid by the customer.
